OVERVIEW
Embark on this long 2-day journey to Chitlang Markhu Lake for a short drive to Matatirtha, the famous Hindu temple. As soon as we got there, the first climb of the mountains was to the top of Chandragiri Hill at the top. The hill itself offers spectacular views of the Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan giants from Gauri Shankar to Annapurna. Chandragiri hill has recently become a popular tourist destination due to the introduction of cable cars. The next stop for this trip is Chitlang, an ancient Newari area in the Makwanpur region. The various monuments of art, the pagoda roof and the unique craftsmanship surrounding the area provide an attractive attraction. Then we continued on our way all the way to Kulekhani day on the second day. The area is famous for Indrasarovar, the largest lake ever built near Kathmandu. Boating and fishing as a profession have attracted tourists here for years. After this, we returned to Kathmandu.

There are other accommodations and Chitlang Village also offers you the opportunity to stay at home where you can connect and gain an understanding of rural life in Nepal. Historic sites such as Pauwa, Saat Dhara (seven water taps), Shiwalaya, and other ancient monuments give you extra pleasure while staying in Chitlang. -

After a good breakfast; go again. After walking for about an hour we reached Kulekhani. Khulekhani has the largest lake (dam) in Nepal that is designed to generate electricity. The lake's name is Indrasarovar (sarobar Means Lake). We can enjoy a boat ride on the lake. After lunch, we returned to Kathmandu. We pass the Temple Temple (the black South of the south) and a Muslim pilgrimage known as Pharping, where the famous Guru Padmasabhava is said to have meditated and discovered the Buddha.
