OVERVIEW

Mount Annapurna- I, 8091 meters above sea level is the tenth highest peak in the world. Annapurna- II, 7937 meters high and Annapurna- III, it stands with an altitude of 7500 meters above the sea level. The Annapurna is a 55 km long massif with one peak over 8000 meters, thirteen peaks over 7000 meters and six peaks above 6000 meters above the sea level. Kali Gandaki George bounds the mountain range from the west, the bustling Marshyangdi River towards the north east, Pokhara valley towards the south and the Annapurna Sanctuary towards the western end. The oval-shaped glacial basin is situated at an altitude of 4000 meters above the sea level. 

The first and the largest conservation area of Nepal Annapurna conservation area covers the entire massif and its surroundings. The conservation area not only has protected the flora and fauna of the region but also the natural beauty of the place. Annapurna Sanctuary and Annapurna circuit are the world class treks that this region offers.  The Annapurna Base Camp stands at an altitude of 4130 meters above the sea level. 

In this tour we will fly from Pokhara to the Base camp, have breakfast there and enjoy the views from Sanctuary and fly back to Pokhara again.

ITINERARY

  • 07:30 hrs: Pickup from the hotel to Pokhara Airport.

    The driver will be at the hotel to pick you up, meet him at the lobby and take the vehicle to the airport.
  • 08:00 hrs: Fly from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp.

    At the airport, check- in at the helicopter counter. You’ll require your passport here. As you complete the process, take the helicopter and fly towards Annapurna Base camp. On the way you’ll enjoy the Aerial views of the valley, Lakes and the dense greenery of the hill forests, the snow capped peaks, alpine vegetation and glaciers.
  • 08.30hrs: Land at the Base camp, Enjoy breakfast and the views.

    Once you are at the Base camp, enjoy the panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. We’ll enjoy a warm cup of coffee with light breakfast at the Base camp enjoying the fascinating views of the surrounding.
  • 09.00hrs: Fly back to Pokhara.

    We’ll stop for 30 minutes depending upon the weather and fly back to pokhara. The driver will drive you back to the hotel.
