Introduction

Everest base camp is undoubtedly the dream destination for many trekkers. Every year ahuge number of trekkers visits Nepal mainly to reach Everest. Mount Everest is famous all over the world as the highest peak with a height of 8,848m. Trekking for many hours a day is worth watching the mesmerizing Everest. Definitely, mountain is the main highlight of the trek, but the trek also offers many other new experiences than the mountains like the interaction with culture, rich forests, and many more.

It is a known fact that the trek to Everest Base Camp is not as easy as the other trekking routes of Nepal. This heli trek is a luxury trek where you will get down from the base camp in a helicopter which will save your time and energy. Many trekkers get wounded while trekking down from Kalapattar to Lukla. So, this heli trek will give you a safe trek with a panoramic view down. This luxury return will cost you more than the normal trek. This luxury trek is suitable for those trekkers who often have a time limit but want to complete the Everest Base Camp trek.

This is expensive but a time-saving package. You will mainly find the people of the Sherpa community living in this region. There lie several ancient monasteries we can visit on the way. Every step ahead to the base camp gives you the panoramic views of snow-capped mountain ranges. The paths are full of pine forest with rhododendrons blooming inside.you will pass through Khumbu glacier and visit the Sherpa museum as well. You will also spot many mountain animals on the way. This trek will add an adventurous memory in your trekking diary.

ITINERARY

  • Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

    After your arrival in TIA, our representative will be waiting for you to guide through the streets of Kathmandu and reach your selected hotel where you will be welcomed in Nepali style. In the evening you can roam the local areas nearby the hotel and the heritages nearby. You can go through the maps and outlines of the trip at night.
  • Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2652m)

    In the morning we will pick you up from the hotel and take a flight of 35 minutes from the domestic airport of Kathmandu to Lukla. From the flight, you will have a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. After reaching Lukla, we will begin our trek with a walk of 3 hours to Phakding. On the way, you will have a scenic view of Kusum-Kanguru. We will spend the night in a guesthouse in Phakding.
  • Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3443m)

    Finishing our breakfast, we will head towards the trade center of the Khumbu region that is Namche Bazaar. During the 6 hour trek, we will enjoy the view of pine and cedar trees following the Dudh Koshi river. In Namche, you will get most of the facilities that you can’t find in other places during the trek. We will spend the night in a hotel at Namche.
  • Day 4: Acclimatization Day

    Today is a rest and explore day at Namche. After having breakfast, we will hike to the Everest Hotel for the mesmerizing view of Mount Everest along with other mountains. We can also hike to Syangboche airport. We will visit the Everest photo gallery and the Sherpa museum too. Finally, we will return to the hotel in the evening.
  • Day 5: Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3868m)

    Leaving Namche, we will head towards Tengboche which will take us around 5 hours of walk. On the way, we will view Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam and many others along with Everest. We will also visit the Tengboche monastery which lies at the right of Dudh Koshi valley. Overnight at a guesthouse in Tengboche.
  • Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m)

    After having morning breakfast, we will continue our trail towards Dingboche. Dingboche is also known as ‘Summer Valley’. Our trail passes through the Imja river and Pangboche village. Viewing beautiful mountains we will complete our 5 hours of walk. We will spend the night at a local tea house in Dingboche.
  • Day 7: Trek from Dingboche to Nangkartseng Hill (5100m)

    Today we will have a fantastic ridge walk to the Nangkartseng Hill of 6 hours. Reaching Nangkartseng Hill, you will have an amazing and clear view of Lobuche, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Taboche, Makalu, and more. We will spend some time with the view and then return to Dingboche passing Chhukung valley. We will spend the night in the same tea house.
  • Day 8: Trek to Lobuche (4910m)

    Leaving Dingboche we will continue the trail for 5 hours and reach Lobuche. We will pass through the yak pastures and rivers. We will walk alongside the Khumbu glacier. We will spend the night in a guesthouse at Lobuche.
  • Day 9: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and return to Gorakshep (5141m)

    Finishing morning breakfast, we will head toward our destination of the journey-Everest Base Camp. We will have a long day today with 8 hours of walking. You will have a breath-taking view of Everest from the base camp. Then, we will walk down to Gorakshep passing through Khumbu glacier. On the return, you will be mesmerized by the Khumbu icefall. We will enjoy our meals and spend the night in Gorakshep.
  • Day 10: Hike to Kalapattar (5550m) and return to Kathmandu by Helicopter

    Early in the morning, we will hike towards Kalapattar which is a central spot and gives an amazing view of sunrise and Everest. After spending some time with the view, we will walk down to Gorakshep and have our breakfast. Then, we will take a helicopter ride to return to Kathmandu which will give us an iconic view of landscapes, villages, and magnificent mountain peaks. Reaching Kathmandu our representative will drive you to your hotel.
  • Day 11: Departure from Kathmandu

    Our representative will help you reach TIA by arranging you a farewell lunch in a typical Nepali style and help you at the airport to fly you back to your place. In case you want further trips to Nepal, you can inform us, we will arrange it for you as per your comfort.
