If you’re looking for an adventure to cross the highest pass of the world; Thorong La Pass (5,416 m) and to visit one of the most important and sacred places for Hinduism and Buddhism followers, then Annapurna Circuit Trek is perfect for you. The well-managed trail offering the magnificent insights of majestic Himalayas ranges including Mt. Annapurna, Thorung peak, Nilgiri, Chulu West, and Chulu east, Tukuche Peak, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and IV along with glaciers, wonderful lakes, and waterfalls.


You get to explore the Tibetian settlements and Buddhist culture and also visit the largest monastery of Manang and that is Barge Monastery. During the 10 nights 11 days trek, you get to observe the beauty of nature including the snowcapped Himalayas, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, along with the villages of ethnic groups like the Thakali people where you will be warmly welcomed.


Annapurna Circuit Trek is pleasant during Spring and Autumn when there are fewer chances of rainfall and high blossoms that add a bonus satisfaction to the trek. And as the tour ends in Pokhara which is considered as the tourist hub, you can enjoy and relax in the city or even go out in restaurants, pubs, clubs, or even bars as per your taste. Or you may even go for cycling in the town and chill. 

Itenerary

Our representative will pick up the clients from Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Dinner in the hotel. After that, you can take a walk to the nearby areas yourself like the Thamel area. Or you can enjoy the services in the Hotel. Overnight stay in the tourist standard hotel in Kathmandu.
Morning B/F and drive to Bulbule. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the picturesque terraced farms and villages along the Trisuli River. En-route lunch. We will register the permit at the checkpoint. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge at Bulbule.
Early morning B/F and start our trek through the fertile jungle and terraced fields, along the flowing Marsyangdi river. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the guest house at Jagat.
Early morning B/F, we will go along the Marsyangdi river and after a steep climb, we enter the vicinity of the Manang region. On the way, we can enjoy the glimpses of several waterfalls and follow the trail through barley, rice, and potato fields. En-route lunch. We also cross a suspension bridge this day and after a short climb, we will reach the destination for the day. Dinner and overnight stay in the guest house at Dharapani.
After the B/F, we start our trek through the forest with pine, fir, oak, and maple trees along the Marsyangdi river and reach Chame. Chame is the district headquarter of Manang district. And during the trek today, we can see the magnificent view of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and IV also come across small hot springs where we can relax for a while. En-route Lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the guest house at Chame.
Early morning B/F and walk through a steep and narrow valley to the massive wall of rock called Paungada Danda rock face which is considered very sacred to the local people from where clear glistening views of Annapurna II at south and Pisang Peak to the northeast can be seen. Then, we descend to the Manang valley floor. En-route Lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at Pisang.
Early morning B/F and trek the upper trail through the upper Pisang to Manang, via Geru that offers magnificent views of Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, Tilicho and Pisang Peak. We also go through the Tibetan settlement and visit Barge Monastery which is the largest monastery in Manang along with Buddhist shrines and more monasteries on the way. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel at Manang.
This day is set aside for acclimatization. We explore Manang this day with an early morning hike up to Gangapurna lake and admire the beauty of the panoramic view of Annapurna III, Tilicho, Pisang, and Chulu Peaks. After B/F in the Hotel, we will roam around Manang village and monasteries. We can also visit the Himalayan Rescue Association where we will be briefed about Acute Mountain Sickness, its symptoms, and precautions. Overnight stay in the same hotel with lunch and dinner.
After the acclimatization day, we take early morning B/F and cross a stream and climb up to Tenki village heading out of Marshyangdi valley northwest up Jar Sang Khola valley which means we ascend towards the north. We pass a few pastures and juniper trees and reach a small village called Gunsan where the houses are made up of flat mud roofs. After we cross a small river on a wooden bridge, we make our way to the beautiful tranquil valley called Yak Kharka. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge at Yak Kharka.
Early morning B/F and head to the bottom of Thorong La Pass which is called Thorong Phedi. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge at Thorong Phedi.
After early morning B/F, we trek and cross the highest pass of the world; The Thorong La Pass. This is the most challenging part of the trek but the majestic panoramic view of the Himalayas extending northwards into Tibet and several main peaks of Annapurna at the back, make our trek worth it. After enjoying the perfect view, we descend to Muktinath, one of the most important and sacred places for Hindus and Buddhists. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel at Muktinath.
Early morning visit Muktinath Temple and drive to Tatopani via local bus. The bus ride would be rough as we will be driving through gorges and will go from the bare highlands to the lush green forests. Then we reach Tatopani which is the natural hot spring where we can soak and relax. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge at Tatopani.
After B/F, we ascend to Ghorepani via Sikha and Chitre villages; the villages of ethnic Thakali people. We will pass the lush forests of rhododendron, birch, and magnolia and reach a beautiful village located at a ridge top called Ghorepani. En-route lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge at Ghorepani.
We go for an early morning hike to Poon hill for the glistening sunrise over the majestic Annapurna, Dhaulagiri massif including Mt. Machhapuchhre. After enjoying the dazzling sunrise, we return to the lodge for B/F and complete the final part of the trek and that is to trek back to Birethati where we have our lunch. Then, we drive to Nayapul, Pokhara. Leisure for the night. Dinner and overnight stay in a star hotel at Pokhara.
Morning B/F and leisure till lunch. You may visit the nearby places on your own or relax in the hotel. After lunch drive back to Kathmandu. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel at Kathmandu.
B/F in the Hotel, then our representative would take you to the airport for our departure to your country.
