Ghorepani Poon Hill trek lies in the Annapurna region. Being one of the shortest treks it offers with magnificent experience to the trekkers.

Poon Hill viewpoint provides one of the best views in Nepal, the sunrise caste the golden light over the snowcapped mountains like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and other. In the morning you will see lots of trekkers at this point waiting to see that breathe taking sunrise. The route offers you with blooming rhododendron, waterfall, cultivated fertile green land, and platonic landscapes. You will see beautiful villages on the way and a short meet and greet with their cultures.

This trek will add the best memories in your trekking diaries. The trek offers you the sweet accommodations by the locals. The trail passes through many small and delightful villages; most of the people are of Gurung and Magar community in this region. This trek can be suitable for those trekkers who do not go for lengthy treks. You can even increase and decrease the trekking days as per your comfort. Since this trekking destination is also famous in Nepal, you will see lots of Nepalese trekkers on the route and at the destinations. Many students visit here as their college trip.

Itenerary

After you arrive in TIA, our representative will be waiting for you to guide through the streets of Kathmandu and reach to your selected hotel. In the evening you can roam the local areas nearby the hotel and the heritages nearby. You can go through the maps and outlines of the trip at the night. We will also be providing you the orientation for the trek in the afternoon.
We will begin our journey with a short flight to Pokhara. As soon as we land in Pokhara we will transfer to Nayapul and start our trek from there. Our walk is uphill which passes through a beautiful waterfall and a farmlands. Our lunch will be at Sudami. Continuing the steps ahead we will reach Tikhedhunga which has teahouses for our overnight stay.
Finishing our breakfast, we will continue our walk for Ulleri. The routes are steep and of stones passing by cultivated lands. Moving ahead you will see beautiful blooming rhododendron and the old oak forests. Continuing the steps we will reach Nagethanti (thanti means guest house) where we will have lunch. During winter the snow covers this place and makes it look even flattering. Continuing the trail we will reach Ghorepani village which is a famous spot of trekkers. Overnight in Ghorepani.
After having breakfast in the local tea house, we will begin our pre-dawn climb to Poon Hill. It will take us about an hour to reach there. Poon Hill offers you the majestic view of sunrise which lights the peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchre, and others. Then we will head for the next trek to a small village called Tadapani. The route is somewhere uphill and downhill through a range of landscapes. We will spend our night in Tadapani.
Leaving Tadapani we will descend our trail to Nayapul. The route offer you amazing hillside landscapes and terraced rice fields. After reaching Nayapul you will be taken to a hotel in Pokhara. You will enjoy the mountain views and overnight in Pokhara.
You will start the morning with breakfast and the view of Pokhara. After breakfast, we will head towards Pokhara airport and take a flight to Kathmandu. Reaching Kathmandu, our representatives will drop you at you hotel then you can enjoy rest of your day sightseeing Kathmandu valley.
Our representative will help you reach to TIA by arranging you a farewell lunch in a typical Nepali style and help you at the airport to fly you back to your place. In case you want further trips to Nepal, you can inform us, we will arrange it for you as per your comfort.
