Itenerary

After arriving in the lovely capital if Nepal via Tribhuwan International Airport, our agents will be there to receive you and transfer you to one of the standard hotels of Kathmandu. Freshen yourself up from the tiring flight.
We will either take flght to Biratnagar (80 m) from Tribhuvan International Airport or ride to Basantapur. If you prefer to fly, it will take about 45 minutes to arrive at Biratnagar, then from Biratnagar, we will transport you to Basantapur by bus. Please note – If you select to fly, you must talk about this to our office representatives while booking for the amazing trip. Biratnagar is the second biggest town of Nepal and is situated near the south-eastern border to India.
Our journey will commence with a trek from Basantapur to Chauki, which takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. The trace is quite challenging, and we will operate porters to carry your gear bags. The escorts will show you the way. By the point we arrive at Chauki, we will be fatigued. In Chauki, we will be staying in a local tea house where we will appreciate our dinner too.
After breakfast, we will continue our hiking. After approximately 4 to 5 hours, we will hit Gupha Pokhari. Gupha Pokhari is a lake at the altitude of 2,900 meters and extends in Sankhuwasabha district. The tracks to Gupha Pokhari are uniformly fascinating; you will be beholding beautiful scenes and assorted cultures. After an energizing breakfast, we will resume our trek forwards from Gupha Pokhari to Gorja. You will be astounded by the diversities of flora and fauna you will notice on the way. You will also hold a chance to witness some of the most isolated rural villages in Nepal, and reasonably in the world. We will be waiting at Gorja at our campsite for the night.
This is the final day of trekking. We will start at Gorja and arrive at Dovan in approximately 3 hours and set up our tents there. We will be utilizing our day for much-needed relaxation and prepare for moving on Tamur, the subsequent day.
By now, we will have hiked for 4 days; today the much-expected part of the Expedition – rafting commences. We will reach to Kabeli Khola from Dovan. This day we will face some exhilarating white water rapids like House Rock (Class IV), Pariah Dog (Class IV+), Hodson’s Sandwich (Class IV+), Hodson’s Last Rite (Class IV+) while rowing for about 25 kilometers in Kabeli Khola. We will dwell at a beach by the banks of Kabeli for that day and set our camp.
We will paddle to Hinwa Khola from Kabeli. The rapids become more exacting challenging right from the opening, but the rapids decline in frequency once we pass the Limbu Bridge. While rafting, we will come beyond white sandy shores, azure water, and a thinly populated area. We might be contemplating more extra monkeys than people. The following day, we will raft on Tamur River to enter Tribeni (Tribeni means junction of three rivers in Nepali.) On our way, we will be passing through 30 exciting constant rapids; the most striking ones are – Ashram (Class IV+), Hell Hole (Class IV), and Bat Below (Class IV). We will be anchoring up our tents for that day at Tribeni, by the side of Sun Koshi.
After an energy-boosting breakfast, we will paddle until we enter the famous Hindu temple of Baraha Chhetra. We will use some time sightseeing and then paddle to Chatara, our ultimate put out point. We will have our tasty lunch at a typical local restaurant. From Chatara, we will fly to Kathmandu. You'll be conveyed to your hotel by our representatives. You can rest after the long and tiring day or if you want, you can dine out and enjoy the nightlife of Kathmandu. Enjoy and get some proper rest.
You will have time to relax and get fresh in your hotel. After getting some rest, you can go for last-minute souvenir shopping. If you want, our guides will advise the best sites to purchase souvenirs. In the dusk, you will have a farewell dinner with our office agents (along with guides) in a typical Nepali restaurant. Time to announce valediction to Nepal. Appreciate your ultimate moments in Kathmandu including breakfast in a café, a town stroll, or memorial shopping token of Kathmandu. An agent of our company will join you at your lodge and transport you to the airport for your return from aviation to home. It's suited to be at the airport at least two hours before departure.
