Our airport representative will pick you up from the Tribhuwan International Airport on your arrival. You will soon be transferred to the hotel. Our representative will explain the overall trek at sundown, and you will be treated with a typical Nepali welcome dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu. -
Day 02: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
You'll have a spare and preparation day in Kathmandu before the real journey begins. We can go to some of the famous valley's cultural attractions or walk around the neighborhood and sample the local cuisine. We will visit Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, and Swayambhunath temples. They behold a great religious significance and also prove that Hinduism and Buddhism coexist in Nepal. We will stop for a Yoga and meditation session in Pashupatinath temples. It is an excellent spot for meditation as Lord Shiva is worshiped here. You might also use the rest of the day to shop for personal trekking gear, such as medicines, hiking boots, sunscreen, and warm clothing. -
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2860 m) and Trek to Phakding (2610 m).
Our airport agent will pick you up after breakfast and drive you to the Tribhuwan International Airport. We'll fly to Lukla, enjoying the scenes of mountains and green forests all around. Our remaining crew members will be waiting for us at Lukla. It is a 40 minute flight above the beautiful green hills. The trek to Phakding begins as soon as we are done with the packing. We'll hover around the village and explore the monastery there. The yoga session follows as we meditate in the mighty Phakding village enjoying the beautiful scenic view of mountain ranges and green hills. -
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m).
While crossing the Dudh Koshi River via suspension bridges, Mt. Thamserku will be a visual treat for our eyes. We'll arrive at the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park, where the trekking permits will be checked. We'll then go through Jorsale to the Sherpa Capital, i.e., Namche Bazaar. The walk leads us through trees and bridges until we reach the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers' confluence. We'll be ready to enjoy the first clear vista of Everest with a welcome smile over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge after climbing for around 2 hours. The hike continues, and we will finally reach Namche Bazaar for our overnight stay. -
Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche village
A day off is a must. It is essential to your body since it allows you to adjust to the extreme cold temperature. The rest of the day, though, should be more lively rather than being passive. Our trek guides will share their knowledge of Everest ascents, Sherpa culture, and flora and fauna with you. Embark to some high points around the Sherpa village facilitates acclimatization. Khumjung village can be a good choice for the hike. We will enjoy the view of some beautiful mountain peaks, including Mt. Everest. After returning to Namche Bazaar from the walk, a Yoga session will refresh your mind and body. Overnight in Namche. -
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche Village (3860 m).
On this day, we shall go from Namche Bazaar. We traveled along the mountaintop for a while before heading down to the Dudh Koshi river at Phunkithanka. We'll climb the steep road up to Tengboche after crossing the bridge. Throughout the hike, we will see Buddhist monuments. Tengboche is reached after a short stroll along a beautiful road lined with Rhododendron woods. The region's largest monastery can be witnessed here at Tengboche. What else do you wish for when you are getting to meditate in the monastery itself! One experiences high heaven in the evening Yoga sessions in Tengboche. -
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4410 m).
Today's trek isn't that tiring. We will be able to enjoy the vista of Ama Dablam Mountain for the entire trip. We'll pass through Pangboche and Somare villages. We will have a typical Sherpa cuisine as our lunch in between. We will spend the night at Dingboche. Yoga in the morning and evening. -
Day 08: Acclimatization day in Dingboche village
At Dingboche, the next acclimatization will take place. On this day, you'll enjoy a nice walk to Chukung village. Breathtaking Himalayan views will surround you. Nagarjun hill's summit is a popular tourist destination. It is also accessible on foot. We'll return to Dingboche and spend the rest of the day after that acclimatization climb. Yoga is the best option to keep yourself active. You can plan both morning and evening Yoga sessions. -
Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910 m).
We'll start our journey today by climbing via the Khumbu Khola valley to Thokla (Dughla). The journey is both difficult and worthwhile. We'll arrive in Dughla after crossing Dusa and then the short metal bridge, from where we'll begin our ascent up the steep Khumbu glacier. We're almost to Everest, but the World's largest glacier has kept it hidden. This is the place from where the complexities in breathing begin with the thin air. High elevations and a lack of oxygen are to blame. You can do some yoga positions during the respite in the trek. -
Day 10: Gorekshep (5140 m) to Everest base camp (5364 m).
The path to Gorakshep passes across the Khumbu glaciers' lateral moraine. We're going to go through the pyramid signpost. The summit of Everest's north ridge will be seen ahead on the trail, along with MT. Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtem, Khumbutse, Nuptse, and other peaks. We'll experience a 360-degree vista of snowy mountains from Thangma Riju, which is a short climb up. We get our first glimpse of Kala Patthar, a grey-green knoll beneath Mt. Pumori, as we climb to the highest point through the Changri glacier's river. As we approach Gorakshep, we'll be surrounded by snow-capped peaks, including the World's highest mountain, Everest. We take the trail to EBC through the once-past Gorekshep lake after lunch and a brief rest. From the base camp, we can see the mountains Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori. We will click some pictures and do some yoga positions to warm our bodies up. We will trek back to Gorakshep then. -
Day 11: Hike to Kalapathar and get down to Pheriche village (4240 m).
We began our climb towards Kalapatthar early in the morning, fearful of missing the stunning view of the first sun rays striking Mt. Everest. We'll take a moment to catch our breath before photographing Everest's spectacular view. We'll arrive at Kalapatthar, the best vista on the earth, after hours of walking. We sit there once we've reached the highest point, i.e., 5545m. The jaw-dropping 360-degree view of mountains and the EBC is awe-inspiring. We will enjoy the idea for a while. Then, we will trek down to Pheriche village, and the yoga classes can be scheduled accordingly in the evening. -
Day 12: Return to Namche Bazaar (3440 m)
The yoga sessions will be in the morning and evening. We will trail downwards to Namche Bazaar following the same trail. We will walk through the jungles of rhododendron and juniper. We will also enjoy the Sherpa delights and culture there. -
Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla village (2860 m)
The trail descends rapidly. We'll eat lunch in Phakding, with a magnificent view of local towns and flowers. The descent of the course gives you chills in a different kind of way. After a fortnight of trekking, you'll be back in Lukla. -
Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu flight.
After breakfast, we'll fly to Kathmandu in the early morning. We'll soon dart to the hotel and take some rest. You can choose to go for a walkabout the city for a few hours. The local markets like Ason and Thamel are famous for authentic Nepali products that perfectly suit souvenir buyers. Also, you can explore some fantastic vendors serving delicious street foods in the town. You can meditate and attend a Yoga session in the evening, or you can skip it if you opt to visit the marketplace. -

S, if you enjoy swimming, you can swim in the pool in the hotel. You will have your farewell dinner in the evening with typical Nepali music. -
